Thank you for choosing Salon Aura for your salon and spa services, we can’t wait to see you. In preparation for your appointment, please read through our policies to help us better serve you. We request that you try to arrive a few minutes early to your scheduled appointment. We have beverages, free Wi-Fi and magazines available while waiting. In addition, we boast a full Aveda retail selection for your shopping. Our front desk staff is also trained in assisting you in finding the best products for you and your beauty needs.

Consultations

At Salon Aura our goal is to exceed your beauty expectations. All services begin with a thorough consultation—the most important part of the experience. We make every effort to listen and discuss exactly what our guests are expecting. As wishes are discussed, we ask our guests to voice any issues, concerns, allergies or medical conditions—we’re here for you and want you to be 100% satisfied. Our service providers will also offer product recommendations, as well as discuss routine maintenance. Before the service is performed, stylists will discuss the process as well as the products that will be used. We will do our best to give accurate pricing and timing predictions on color changes and corrections. Please understand some service requests will take multiple visits.

Appointment Confirmation

Our front desk team will reach out to confirm your appointment. Please provide us with the best phone number and email to reach you. If we are unable to contact you after three attempts, your appointment may be released to another client.

Timeliness

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to ensure we can keep all other appointments on time.

Refund + Return Policies

Service Refund Policy

Because of our thorough consultation process, there are no refunds of services for any reason. If you are dissatisfied with your service please let us know at the time of service so we can do everything we can to meet your expectations. If not possible at time of service please contact us within 48 hours of your service appointment and we will honor a redo or correction of the service for 7 business days.

Product Return Policy

  • Makeup & skincare are final sale for hygiene reasons.
  • Unopened hair product may be returned with proof of purchase from Salon Aura for a full refund within 3 business days.
  • Salon credit will be issued for any returned products.
  • No returns past 7 business days.
  • We do not accept product returns from other retailers.

Cancellations / No Show

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. As a small business, our cancellation policy helps ensure that our artists’ schedules remain predictable and their income is protected. To continue providing the best service to all of our guests we kindly ask that you review and follow the cancellation policies below:

  • A payment method will be required to secure the appointment.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client.
  • We charge 50% of the service total for cancellations less than the required time notice.
  • We charge 100% of the service total for no-show appointments.
  • We understand that emergencies happen and we will do our best to accommodate you when unexpected events happen.
